I saw a presentation of a specialized corpus of Basque by Areta et al. at CL2007 in Birmingham. The talk concerned the design, construction, annotation, etc of the corpus and they also demonstrated the online interface. You can see some screen shots in their paper at http://ucrel.lancs.ac.uk/publications/CL2007/paper/65_Paper.pdf. I'm afraid I can't answer your typological questions.
