Hi Wissal,

You may want to consider the Language Understanding Annotation Corpus 
<http://www.ldc.upenn.edu/Catalog/CatalogEntry.jsp?catalogId=LDC2009T10> 
available at no-cost from LDC.  This data contains Arabic and English 
text annotated for committed belief, as well as event and entity 
coreference, dialog acts and temporal relations.
