[Corpora-List] Help: Bit Coded Text Corpus / Ontology

Hello Colleagues

Please can any one direct me to a corpora/corpus/ontology with "word" entries coded in binary? Regular or Irregular bit coding will do.  For example,  Airport: 010101111.....000, Banke:111......001111111.  The corpora/ontology must contain names of people (e.g. Bill Clinton).
