  Hi Samir, Sven

  the CLEF resources that are packaged and made available by ELRA 
consist of: The CLEF Test Suite for the CLEF 2000-2003 Campaigns and 
there was a track on Q-A, starting on 2002;
If you are interested only on Q-A , we can see how to provide that 
specif part;

The 2004-2008 package will be announced within a couple of weeks (and it 
also includes a Q-A track)


If you are interested in French only, you may want to look at  the EQueR 
Evaluation Package, produced within the French national project EQueR 
(Evaluation campaign for Question-Answering systems, 
http://www.technolangue.net/article195.html)
