[Corpora-List] Is there any free bi-lingual machine-readable dictionary?

I'm looking for any available and open-source bilingual dictionary specifically for European language pairs (English, Italian, French, Spanish, German ...) that can be downloaded, stored and accessed locally. I would appreciate to receive some information about it from the people who has been using/developing/searching for it in the past.
