[Corpora-List] Microtext dataset

Dear Folks,

We plan to evaluate NLP methods for sentiment analysis on microtext.
We are wondering whether there are any datasets for microtext with the
form of either raw or annotation for the languages such as English,
Chinese, Japanese, etc.   Thanks in advance for your recommendations.
