Hi Grzegorz,

Hal Daume has a dataset (and a perl script that reproduces the
internal structure) at:
http://www.umiacs.umd.edu/~hal/HAPNIS/
Eugene Charniak had a paper about learning internal name structure
in 2001, but the dataset does not seem to be public.
