[Corpora-List] Preliminary Call for Interest: 2011 AAAI Fall Symposium on Question Generation

The organizing committee of the 4th workshop on Question Generation is
seeking feedback on the level of interest for the event to be held as
part of the AAAI Fall Symposium Series, Friday – Sunday, November 4-6,
in Arlington, Virginia.

The workshop will serve as an interdisciplinary forum for a diverse
community of researchers from Artificial Intelligence, Natural
Language Processing, Cognitive Science, and Psychology, working on
theories of question generation and its applications. This workshop
will follow three previous workshops
(http://www.questiongeneration.org):  the 3rd Workshop on Question
Generation held in conjunction with the 10th International Conference
on Intelligent Tutoring Systems in 2010,  the 2nd Workshop on Question
Generation held in conjunction with the 2009 International Conference
on Artificial Intelligence in Education, and the 2008 NSF Workshop on
the Question Generation Shared Task and Evaluation Challenge.

AAAI symposia is a bi-annual event hosting symposia on a range of
topics related to Artificial Intelligence. Attendees of the symposium
participate in any number of exciting events. To see the list of

At this time, the committee is gathering an estimate of the
"potential" workshop attendance if it is held at the Fall 2011 AAAI
Symposia. Please send email expressing your potential interest for
participation to s.stoyanchev at open.ac.uk, including your name,
institutional affiliation, email.  Additional suggestions for
potential participants are welcome.
