Tilde (a language R&D company at Riga, Latvia) invites applications for a research assistant position for a period of 21 month starting as soon as possible.

This position  involves participation in the EU project CLARA – Common Language Resources and their Applications (http://clara.uib.no), a Marie Curie Initial Training Network receiving funding from the European Commission’s 7th Framework Programme.

The specific position involves participation in the CLARA subproject "Proofing tools and resources for under-resourced languages". The aim is to develop proofing tools (mainly grammar checkers) for languages that currently do not have these technologies available.

This Early Stage Researcher (ESR) position involves PhD-level research and participation in training courses in the CLARA network. Eligibility rules apply. Please read the full announcement at:
