[Corpora-List] Post-doc Positions in Information Extraction

We are seeking to hire two post-doctoral research associates to join
Information Extraction projects at Computer Science Department, Graduate
Center and Queens College, City University of New York. The positions are
full-time, to be filled as quickly as possible before September 2011. The
duration of the contract will be 1-5 years.

Requirements:
* PhD degree in computational linguistics/language technology or related
fields in computer science
* necessary: good proficiency in statistics and machine learning
methodologies
* desired: solid information extraction research experience, and have an
excellent research profile (publication record); experience in cross-lingual
IE and/or cross-media IE will be a big plus.
* good management/coordination skills of research projects
* excellent programming skills (necessarily C++ and Java; Python, Perl, etc.
advantageous)
