Cambridge University offers a one-year Masters program. When I did my
Masters there was a specially designed curriculum for Computer Speech,
Text & Internet Technology. My understanding is that the program has
changed somewhat since then, but a very similar curriculum can still
be chosen.

For details regarding taking this Masters with courses in
computational linguistics, I would recommend contacting the relevant
faculty members: Ted Briscoe, Stephen Clark, Ann Copestake, Simone
Teufel. There are also people working on machine translation and
speech recognition in the Engineering department.
