I suggest you contact the International Corpus of English project
http://ice-corpora.net/ice/
who are collecting corpora of written and spoken English in many
countires, including ICE-Pakistan http://ice-corpora.net/ice/icepak.htm
- ICE corpora are PoS-tagged and semantically tagged using the UCREL
Semantic Analysis System (USAS), whcih may be useful if you are looking
for correlations of errors with syntactic or semantic context.
