You should have vision and research capability in order to join the
TESOL team in the School of Education and contribute to the further
development of learning, teaching and research in one or more of the
areas of specialisation. Within the field of TESOL you will have recent
successful experience of research and teaching in a university context,
either in the UK or abroad, which demonstrates your academic background
in this area.

You should have a research profile is some aspect of TESOL teaching and
learning and a Masters Degree or higher in either TESOL or Applied
Linguistics

University Grade 7 (£32,751 - £35,788 p.a.), or University Grade 8
(£36,862 - £44,016 p.a.) depending upon qualifications and relevant
experience.
