if patient information leaflets count as pharmaceutical texts, the PIL
corpus is for you (available from the Open University or Brighton):

I'm not sure if I can help with your motor industry question. I know
that BMW and other car manufacturers have done research and
development towards voice user interfaces for drivers (if this is what
you are looking for), but I doubt that the datasets they collected are
available.
