[Corpora-List] Java implementation of eigen computation using power iteration?

I'm obviously doing it for a pagerank kind of ranking and know that some
opensource tools such as nutch would have it, but would like to ask the
community's opinion. Besides, there are always more robust and more
efficient implementations. Thanks!
