if you are looking for the English or German Wiktionary editions, the lexical-semantic resource UBY might be an interesting option, see http://www.ukp.tu-darmstadt.de/uby/
UBY is a large-scale lexical-semantic resource for natural language processing (NLP) based on the ISO standard Lexical Markup Framework<http://lexicalmarkupframework.org/> (LMF). It contains lexical information extracted with the http://www.ukp.tu-darmstadt.de/software/jwktl/ Wiktionary API.
We offer a database dump of UBY and an easy to use Java-API to the UBY database, see http://code.google.com/p/uby/
