[Corpora-List] POS manual correction tool

Dear Corpora List members,
can anyone point me to a  tool suitable for manual POS and lemmatizing correction (from outputs such as treetagger or other)? 
More specifically I am looking for a tool, preferably with graphical GUI, that through concordancing can allow users to correct manually individual pos and lemmatization while reading context, and also possibly perform ad hoc batch corrections on specific searches.

Is there any such tool?
