[Corpora-List] Need a free Parallel corpus and IR test collection

Hi dear colleagues,

I'm working on Cross Language Information Retrieval based on parallel corpora and I want to test my methods, so I need a document collection with query and judgments in any language that has a proper parallel corpus. Can someone help me find a free Parallel corpus and IR test collection?
