[Corpora-List] corpus of conditional sentences

Does anyone know of a freely available corpus of English conditional 
sentences? Ideally I'm looking for a corpus annotated with the 
traditional conditional types 0-3, but other kinds of annotations as 
well or instead would also be interesting. It doesn't have to be huge - 
around 100 sentences or more would be adequate.

I'd also be interested in the same for German.
