I am happy to announce the publication of the book

"Potentials of Language Documentation: Methods, Analyses, and Utilization",

edited by Frank Seifart, Geoffrey Haig, Nikolaus P. Himmelmann, Dagmar
Jung, Anna Margetts, and Paul Trilsbeek, as Language Documentation &
Conservation Special Publication No. 3 at the University of Hawai‘i
Press.

It contains 18 short, programmatic papers on modern language
documentation and its multiple connections to sophisticated
computational methods, interdisciplinary research venues, and modern
types of utilization of linguistic data.
