[Corpora-List] Text Encoding Software

Dear colleagues,

Just an FYI that I've been using the (commercial) software 
EncodingMaster from http://elfdata.com/encodingmaster/index.html to 
convert text files with various encodings into UTF-8. I don't know 
whether any of you experience encoding issues, but for those of us who 
are no technical wizards EncodingMaster does exactly what it says on the 
tin and has a user-friendly graphical user interface.
