Not that I know of, but Arnold Zwicky
(http://www.stanford.edu/~zwicky/) had a call out earlier this year
for an assistant for a ‘Linguistics in the comics’ project that might
result on something of the sort.

A text-only corpus would be singularly inappropriate for this genre, though.
