Master's Programme in Language Technology at Uppsala University

We would like to draw your attention to the Master's Programme in  
Language Technology at Uppsala University and invite you to forward  
this information to potential students.

The Master Programme in Language Technology (computational  
linguistics) provides advanced training in both theoretical  
computational linguistics and language technology applications. Its  
aim is to prepare the students for a career in language technology  
research or development. It focuses on methods of formal analysis and  
modeling of linguistic phenomena that can form the basis of language  
technology systems.

The International Master's Programme in Language Technology at Uppsala  
University, is open for applications from international students until  
April 29th. (Even though an earlier deadline has been announced. The  
national application round will be open until early September. This  
is, however,
open also to non-Swedish residents.) Students interested in  
computational linguistics and with a suitable Bachelor's degree are  
invited to apply.
