information extraction:

You should be interested in the Task ABC. In this case I would suggest you
to have a look at TIPSem <http://gplsi.dlsi.ua.es/demos/TIMEE/> and
ClearTK<https://code.google.com/p/cleartk/> (both
freely available online).
