Hi, Jungsoo,
Try googling CHILDES. This is a collection of transcripts of children's
speech, founded by
Brian MacWhinney at Carnegie Mellon U. some decades ago. It should have at
least some Korean ones. It is indeed completely free (a few rules about use
& citations to follow, but nothing you shouldn't have done on your own).
