[Corpora-List] CCR / CCD to SQL utility

Does anyone know of a utility that reads CCRs
and/or CCDs and produces a populated SQL database
with all the contents it reads?

 

CCR - Continuity of Care Record for Electronic
Health Records (EHRs)

CCD - Continuity of Care Document for EHRs
