My student Victor has released a unsupervised morphological segmentation
tool that works quite well on a variety of languages we've tried it with:

https://github.com/vchahun/fast_umorph

It tends to outperform Morfessor, and it also distinguishes stems from
non-stem affixes, which can be useful for some applications.
