[Corpora-List] Transforming labels

If it's POS tags you want to convert, I think there are two main
options: Google's universal tagset [0] and Daniel Zeman's interset
[1].

The Google tagset maps both corpora to a common, coarse tagset, while
interset allows more precise mappings between the tagsets.
