[Corpora-List] Biomedical German-English parallel text?

Hi,
I am looking for biomedical German-English parallel text. Can any body point me if there is such corpus? 
Also, translated German-English dissertations in biomedical domain are very helpful for my work. Please point me if there are translated dissertations.
What is the most popular German-English dictionary? Currently, I am using http://www.dict.cc/ and any suggestions is welcome.
