[Corpora-List] New free NE model for German

[Thomas Zastrow]

Dear all,

I created new training data for German named entities, specialized on 
the domain of politics. Currently, its just a small model (about 5000 
manually annoated sentences). But because only free resources (Wikipedia 
articles) were used, the raw training data as well as binary models for 
the OpenNLP NameFinder as well as the Stanford Named Entity Recognizer 
are available:
