*Job opening for Professor / Associate Professor / Professor in Computer
Science (Dubai, United Arab Emirates)*
The Faculty of Engineering and Information Technology, as part of its
ongoing success and growth, is inviting applications from innovative and
dynamic academics who have a doctorate in Computer Science, but preference
will be given to candidates with experience and a key interest in Software
Engineering and Distributed Computing. The selected candidate must have a
strong international academic record in teaching at postgraduate level and
preferably at doctorate level. He/she must also have a good record of
research publication with the ability to develop internal and external
research collaborations. Experience of securing funding from diverse
funding bodies is desirable. Candidates must have a PhD. Experience of
working in international contexts is essential and experience in the Middle
East, and teaching multicultural groups is desirable.
