Dear Colleagues,
The Institute of English Studies at the University
of Łódź is proud to announce that the 9th international conference on
PRACTICAL APPLICATIONS OF LANGUAGE CORPORA (PALC 2014) will be held over
3 days, 20 to 22 November 2014 (arrival day 19 November), at the
University of Lodz Conference Centre in Łódź, Poland.
TOPICS
A special
theme of this year's PALC edition will be the applications of corpora
and corpus linguistics methods in social sciences and humanities.
Special thematic sessions are planned on the following topics:
