[Corpora-List] Learners' data

Hi Alexander,

I recently undertook a search for spoken learner data and can recommend the
PELCRA Learner English Corpus. You could also search the ELRA Catalogue of
Spoken Resources.

I don't know of EEG data but would also be interested so please share what
you find out in this respect.
