Dear Copora List members,

PARSEME (COST Action IC1207: http://typo.uni-konstanz.de/parseme) is an interdisciplinary scientific network devoted to the role of multiword expressions (MWEs) in parsing.

In an effort towards consolidating past and ongoing research, PARSEME is conducting a survey of language resources (LRs) containing MWEs. Examples of such resources are monolingual and multilingual lists of MWEs, MWE dictionaries and lexica, dictionaries that include MWE entries, treebanks with MWE annotation, and any other types of lexical or linguistic resources that have MWEs as part of their inventory.

As a member of the community, you are kindly asked to report on relevant LRs you are aware of by spending just a few minutes filling in this simple web form:

http://goo.gl/iUTc06

In order to avoid duplicating information, please check http://goo.gl/WWZwzO to see if the resource has already been registered. All contributions are automatically anonymized and publicly available here.

Alternatively, you may register a resource via this e-mail address: parseme-survey at chopin.ipipan.waw.pl<mailto:parseme-survey at chopin.ipipan.waw.pl>. In this case you only need to provide the name and the type of the resource as well as a minimum of information about how to access it.

We are aware that many LRs are catalogued in international infrastructures such as the CLARIN and META-SHARE repositories. However, information on MWEs in these LRs is often not available, so it will be valuable for us to receive pointers to relevant resources in these repositories.

We greatly appreciate your contribution!

On behalf of the PARSEME Action and its Steering Committee,

Gyri Smørdal Losnegaard & Federico Sangati

P.S. The PARSEME network coordinates current national research on multiword expressions through general and short-term scientific meetings, workshops and training schools. One year into its four-year duration, PARSEME still welcomes new members from any member countries or from new COST countries. If you would like to join us, please go to: http://typo.uni-konstanz.de/parseme/index.php/contact/how-to-join-us
