Programmers have accessible a vast amount of resources on the Web as
repositories, blogs, forums to look for debugged and tested source
codes. A manual checking of suspicious re-used source codes is
unfeasible due to the size of the Web. Therefore, there is the need to
develop automatic systems for detecting source code re-use.

Academia is the scenario which most cases of source code re-use have
been reported: students have to solve the same assignments under the
same conditions and they can easily modify the source code in order to
not be detected. Software companies have also a special interest in
preserving their intellectual property.

Given a source code collection solving the same problem with real cases
of source code re-use, the aim of the task is to identify the source
code pairs that have been re-used in the same programming language.
Three runs per team are allowed as a maximum.

We invite researchers and practitioners from all fields to participate.
