[Corpora-List] public science articles on MT

[Jörg Tiedemann]

I'm looking for good public-science articles about current trends in machine translation and also prospects for future research in MT. Does anyone know of publications that give a gentle overview of techniques and models used in MT? This may include different paradigms and also some historical remarks but it should rather focus on up-to-date technology but without the heavy mathematical stuff or deep linguistic formalisms.
