[Corpora] [Corpora-List] ConceptNet 5.3.0 released

We've released ConceptNet 5.3.0, the first non-beta release of ConceptNet
5.3. The many changes in ConceptNet 5.3 are described at:
https://github.com/commonsense/conceptnet5/wiki/Changelog.

Highlights include a pure-Python query method that doesn't depend on Solr,
the ability to serve the API using a Docker container, significantly
improved parsing of Wiktionary, and new sources of data.

Most of the changes between the 5.3 beta and this release related to how to
deploy it on a Web server.

Speaking of that: The 5.3 API is running on some new servers, but they
haven't yet claimed the domain name "conceptnet5.media.mit.edu". That
domain is still only serving 5.2. To explore ConceptNet 5.3, start at:

http://conceptnet-api-1.media.mit.edu
