[Corpora] [Corpora-List] Malay lemmatiser and POS tagger

Dear all,
I am looking for tools for lemmatising (or stemming, or mophological
analysis) or Malay, and also for a Malay POS-tagger.

I've found one called MALIM (but can't find contact details) and also a
2006 LREC paper Open Source Corpus Analysis Tools for *Malay*
<http://ww2.cs.mu.oz.au/~tim/pubs/lrec2006-malay.pdf> by Tim Baldwin and
Su'ad Awab - but that is from a long time ago now
