[Corpora-List] Looking for parallel corpora

Dear list members,

I'm a PhD student working on text mining on specific domains,
e.g. health, medicine, computer science, telecommunications, business.

I'm looking for domain-specific French/Arabic parallel corpora
(technical or scientific texts) which are freely available.

I'm aware of some available at http://opus.lingfil.uu.se/ but any
references would be appreciated?
