Asking for a little help

Hello

I'm working in a research on the new Education Law in Spain, and would like to know if you could help me about a question: in the literature about CDA, it is common place to use the terms 'social event', 'social agent' and 'social actor', but, are these terms used in an intuitive way or there is a theoretical approach anywhere (since I haven't found it yet)?
