Critical Approaches to Discourse Analysis Across Disciplines

Dear Colleagues,

The 25 May registration deadline for Critical Approaches to Discourse 
Analysis Across Disciplines (CADAAD) is approaching.  The conference 
celebrates thirty years of critically applied discourse research at the 
University of East Anglia and marks the inauguration of the university's 
new Center for Research in Language and Communication.  CADAAD is to be 
held at the University of East Anglia, 29-30 June 2006. 

Two theme sessions are scheduled:  Critical Discourse Analysis in 
Applied and Professional Areas and Cognitive Orientations in Critically 
Applied Discourse Research.

Plenary speakers are Gunther Kress, Christ'l De Landtsheer, Andreas 
Musolff and Louis de Saussure.
