Conference on Linguistic Collaboration in French-Polish Teams

Dear Colleagues,

We warmly invite you to submit proposals for presentations at the 
conference "IN COLLABORATION ON COOPERATION: RESEARCH IN LINGUISTICS 
WITHIN FRENCH-POLISH TEAMS", organized by the Polish Academy of 
Sciences, Scientific Center in Paris and the Institute of Linguistics, 
University of Silesia in Katowice.

The conference will take place on 9-10 July 2026 in Paris. The working 
languages of the conference are English, Polish, and French.

The proposed thematic areas of the conference are open and do not 
exhaust the research questions:

1. Scientific collaboration as a research subject
2. International collaboration: institutional mechanisms, funding, 
mobility, research institutions, and scientific networks
3. Linguistics in the face of contemporary challenges
4. Dissemination and valorisation of the results of research
5. French and Polish in a contrastive perspective and within the 
framework of intercultural communication
6. French and Polish in a translation studies and didactic perspective

We welcome submissions from linguists working on any languages (not only 
Romance languages). The deadline for submissions is 10 May 2026. 
Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis, and decisions on 
acceptance or rejection will be communicated within two weeks of 
receipt.
