[Dgkl] Update Europhras2020 - postponed 2021

Dear All,

We are very sorry to announce that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, EUROPHRAS 2020 has to be cancelled. The conference is postponed until next year, around the same dates, to be confirmed later.

Our thoughts are presently with all colleagues from Italy, Spain, Germany, France, Belgium and other countries, who are facing a tragic situation.
