Introduction

[PAMELA PRICE KLEBAUM]

	My interests are in the intersection of language and the law.  I
am a member of the California State Bar (not practicing any more) and am
a doctoral student at UCLA in Applied Linguistics.  I have an M.A. in
Linguistics.  My dissertation (yet undescribed...) will address some
topic relating to children, language and the law -- from the perspective of
semantics, pragmatics, syntax, discourse, all of the above.
