A few administrative items:

1. List address

Elwood and Zouhair both asked which address should be used for posting. You
should post messages either to DISCOURS at LISTSERV.LINGUISTLIST.ORG or to
DISCOURS at LINGUIST.LDC.UPENN.EDU. Use the LISTSERV address
(LISTSERV at LISTSERV.LINGUISTLIST.ORG or LISTSERV at LINGUIST.LDC.UPENN.EDU)
only for making changes to your list subscription. I think there are two
addresses for each of these because one is an alias for the other. Sorry
for the confusion.

2. Message format

As several subscribers have already requested, out of courtesy to other
subscribers please don't use MIME or HTML format in your messages, and
don't send attachments to the entire list. Use only a plain text format so
that everyone can read your message.
