Dear Luuk and David,

Thank you for your references and comments. I've tried looking them up
in my library but unfortunately, I found nothing close (although I will
look up for them in other local libraries). Do you know of any relevant
or related online texts of the references mentioned that would be of
help?

I've been looking out for references, too. I found Teun van Dijk's
Discourse as Structure and Process (1997) and his web-site equally
helpful. Perhaps it could be of help to others on the DISCOURS mailing
list? It's at http://www.let.uva.nl/~teun

I'm looking forward to more comments and suggestions (my presentation
will be in February). Oh yes, Holger and James, I would like to know
more about RST, too. Any introductory texts?
