Book suggestions still

[Wannie Carstens]

I think the book LINGUISTICS FOR WRITERS by Colleen Donnelly (1994;
State University of New York Press) might solve some of the problems
regarding a workable textbook for DA.  I do find it very usefull as a
basis source for my own course on text linguistics.  It should be
worthwile to take a look at this book.
