reference needed

Hi all--

I read an article recently which refered to another article entitled "How
to Control Things with Words" by Cnarniawska-Joerges and Joerges published
in 1988. Unfortunately, the complete reference wasn't included in the
bibliography. If anyone could help me track this article down, I would
really appreciate it!

ps- Though the titles are similar, I am not looking for  Austin's _How to
Do Things with Words_. I think the title of this article is just a play on
Austin's title.
