Do you know how I can obtain a copy of the 1999-2000 and/or 2000-2001 Hansard (the British House of Commons proceedings) on a CD or diskettes?
I'm working on British parliamentary discourse.
The Hansard CDs are ideal for research.

I'd greatly appreciate your help.
