Workshops about hate speech?

Hello all!
I am a postgraduate student of Sociology Department at Warsaw
University. Right now I'm working on a project of Tolerance
Workshops. I would like to prepare a program that would raise
participant's awareness of hate speech's manifestation in public
discourse. I would be very grateful for any suggestions for
further readings or examples of such programs carried out in the
past.
